Administrator

Grandview Assisted & Independent Living of Ord is seeking a leader who will continue to serve our family-oriented community. The Assisted Living Administrator is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and coordinating of the Assisted Living and Independent Living Apartments to ensure quality care for residents; must be knowledgeable of and implement federal, state and local regulations for a safe and engaging experience for the residents, personnel, and physical environment. You will also be responsible for census development and related sales and marketing activities.

Applicants must share a passion for helping others to live their lives to the fullest and have the proven ability to both lead and inspire team members. This position demands strong oral and written communication skills, supervisory skills, outstanding leadership, organizational skills, creativity, a strong work ethic, the ability to interpret and understand financial statements, experience creating and working within budgetary constraints, significant experience as both a team member and a team leader, excellent public relations skills and a personal commitment not only to the people supported but the employees and company. Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, working knowledge of google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc…. Point Click Care familiarity preferred.

 

Qualifications: Candidates that are qualified for this position will possess at a minimum a Bachelors degree. Four years of professional work experience in a human service or health related field, including three years of supervisory or administrative experience preferred. Candidates who are qualified will hold or be willing to comply with the requirements for Nebraska certification as an Assisted Living Administrator; or successfully complete an Administrator-in-training course and pass the test approved by the Secretary of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Service. Candidates must live in or near Ord Nebraska.
